Five more people die of measles and measles symptoms in 24 hours

One person has died of confirmed measles in the last 24 hours and four more people have died of suspected measles across the country.

This information was given in a press release sent from the control room of the Directorate General of Health Services on Thursday (April 23).

It said that the number of suspected malaria patients in the last 24 hours was 1,170, and the number of suspected malaria patients from March 15 to April 23 was 28,334.

The number of confirmed cases of malaria in the last 24 hours is 125, and the number of confirmed cases of malaria from March 15 to April 23 is 4,059.

From March 15 to April 23, 18,845 people were admitted to hospitals with suspected measles. During the same period, 15,728 people recovered and were discharged from the hospital.

One more person has died from confirmed measles in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths from confirmed measles to 39 from March 15 to April 23.

Four people have died of suspected measles in the last 24 hours, and 194 people have died of suspected measles from March 15 to April 23.
