According to her, the peak pollen season will begin as early as the end of April. During this period, pollen concentrations in the air increase sharply and can cause severe symptoms.

“Birch pollen will likely begin to bloom by the end of April. Therefore, if patients have the opportunity to change climate zones for the two to three weeks of peak pollen season, that’s also an option,” the specialist noted.

According to the doctor, temporarily relocating can significantly alleviate the condition. This is especially true for people with severe pollen allergies.

Previously, medical science candidate and nutritionist Margarita Koroleva warned that people who are intolerant to birch pollen should avoid eating strawberries.
