Anisur Rahman, MP for Madaripur-3, said the Prime Minister is working tirelessly to realize the dream of a new Bangladesh. She has prioritized the marginalized population and the agricultural sector since the beginning of the government.
Programs like farmer cards, family cards, canal digging, and tree planting have been adopted primarily with the aim of fulfilling the dreams of farmers and changing the fate of hardworking people.
Orientation 2026 for newly admitted students of Level-1, Semester-1 class in various faculties of the university was held on Sunday (July 26) at the Student-Teacher Auditorium of Shekru.
He further said, “On this day, first of all, I remember those who have been disappeared and martyred in the defense of Bangladesh’s independence and democracy over the past 17 years. At the same time, I pay my deepest respect to those who gave their blood to give our democracy a new form in the mass uprising of the students and the public in July.”
Praising the role of agriculturists, he said, “Just as a doctor ensures healthcare, agriculturists ensure the country’s food security through research. If the initiatives taken by the Prime Minister are implemented with you, Bangladesh will be able to make a major contribution to the economy by exporting food grains abroad in the future.”
