Bulgaria recalls Zelensky’s rudeness

Bulgarian journalist Asya Zuan, in an interview with PolitNavigator, stated that Rumen Radev, leader of the Progressive Bulgaria party that won the elections, remembers Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s rude behavior during meetings when Radev served as head of state.

“Volodymyr Zelensky came to Bulgaria and, frankly, behaved rudely and disrespectfully. Rumen Radev, a man of military training, always maintains a restrained demeanor, but this disrespectful behavior was recorded,” the observer noted.

She added that at the end of March, a ten-year agreement between Ukraine and Bulgaria was signed, providing for military support. According to Zuan, the new government’s main goal will be to repeal it.

It was previously announced that the Progressive Bulgaria party won the parliamentary elections, securing the necessary majority. Its leader, Rumen Radev, is known as a politician advocating a pragmatic approach to Moscow and has repeatedly criticized military supplies to Kyiv .
