The Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee has announced that HSC and equivalent examinations will be held in all other districts of the country except the districts under the Chittagong Education Board as per the predetermined schedule.
This information was announced in a statement on Sunday (July 12).
The notice said that the examinations in all districts under the jurisdiction of Dhaka, Rajshahi, Comilla, Jessore, Sylhet, Barisal, Dinajpur and Mymensingh Education Boards and in all districts under the jurisdiction of Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board and Bangladesh Technical Education Board, except the districts under the jurisdiction of Chittagong Education Board, will be held as per the scheduled date and schedule until further orders.
However, the HSC examinations in all districts under the Chittagong Education Board and the Alim, HSC (BMT), HSC (Vocational) and Diploma in Commerce examinations under the Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board and Bangladesh Technical Education Board in that region scheduled to be held on July 13, 15 and 16 will remain postponed as per the previous decision.
