A strong media consolidates democracy. BNP Secretary General and Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Minister Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has said that the success of democracy largely depends on the success of the media.
He made the remarks while addressing journalists at a greeting exchange ceremony with the newly elected executive committee members at the Anisul Haque Auditorium of Thakurgaon Press Club on Friday (July 3).
