BNP Vice Chairman Shamsuzzaman Dudu has said that there may be unrest among BNP leaders and activists due to 18 years of movement, struggle and oppression, but everyone needs to be patient. At the same time, he called for supporting the current government with skill and patience.
He made these remarks while speaking as the chief guest at a prayer meeting organized by the Nationalist Workers’ Party at the Zahur Hossain Chowdhury Hall of the National Press Club on Sunday (July 5) to pray for the recovery of three ailing senior leaders Mirza Abbas, Nazrul Islam Khan and Barrister Rafiqul Islam Mia and those injured in the July-August movement.
Shamsuzzaman Dudu said, “Our three senior public leaders Mirza Abbas, Nazrul Islam Khan and Barrister Rafiqul Islam Mia are ill and undergoing treatment.”
