Bhavana appeared at the opening ceremony of the festival in a shimmering golden gown and matching jacket. Sharing a few pictures of the moment she walked the red carpet on social media, she wrote, “If you have the luck, you will come. Alhamdulillah for everything.”
It is learnt that designer Tanvi Kabir designed the gown in the traditional Mirpur Katan motif. It was accompanied by a stunning jacket and matching jewellery, which made her look even more attractive.

‘King in the Land of the Princess’, directed by Asif Islam, will be screened at the festival today (April 18). Bhabna plays the role of ‘Princess’ of Jatrapala in this film, which has been selected in the Artcore category. She is participating in the promotion of the film along with director and producer Jannatul Baker Khan.
Earlier, Bhavana also shared some pictures of herself in a red cotton overcoat after arriving in Moscow on April 15. Expressing her feelings, she said that she feels very happy to be in the city of the legendary Konstantin Stanislavsky.

It is worth mentioning that director Asif Islam’s first full-length film ‘Nirban’ won the Special Jury Award at the 46th Moscow Film Festival. This time, he is back at the festival with ‘King in the Land of the Princess’. The film depicts the story of the final period of Bangladesh’s folk culture, Jatrapala.
