Israel releases list of top 10 ‘anti-Semitic’ influencers in the world, who are on it

Israel’s Ministry of Expatriates and the Ministry of Combating Anti-Semitism has released a list of the world’s top 10 alleged ‘anti-Semitic’ and ‘anti-Zionist’ influencers for 2025. Six of these 10 are based in the United States. The rest are from Europe.

The list, released on Tuesday, includes the names of US conservative journalist Tucker Carlson, a former confidant of President Donald Trump, US far-right activist Nick Fuentes and commentator Candace Owens.

Israel has also included young Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg in the list. Greta has been vocal about the rights of Palestinians, who have been victims of Israel’s indiscriminate attacks in recent years. The list is topped by American influencer Dan Bilzerian. Then comes Greta.

The list also includes Palestinian-born British journalist Abdel Bari Atwan, Egyptian-American comedian and TV presenter Bassem Youssef, American author and imam Omar Suleiman, Danish doctor Anastasia Maria Lopez, and popular UK YouTuber Ian Carroll.

The Israeli government report says that these 10 people do not hold any official political positions. They do not hold any positions in their respective governments. However, they have a significant following.

The 10 influencers were selected based on their ‘level of influence’ and ‘potential risk’, taking into account a series of statements they have made that have been deemed ‘anti-Semitic’ by the Israeli military.

The indiscriminate attacks on the Gaza Strip in Palestine have been causing Americans to have increasingly negative views of Israel. The US attack on Iran in late February further exacerbated that negative sentiment.
